Our Staff

The Rev. Barbara Williamson, Rector
After several years with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young), Barbara left public accounting to serve the church. Educated at the Episcopal Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia, and ordained in her late 30’s, Barbara has been a priest since.

After serving for six years as an associate rector in a congregation in Milwaukee, she came to St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church in 1998, and relishes the ministry she shares with the congregation. A high energy and fun loving person, she particularly enjoys preaching, pastoral care, Christian formation, welcoming newcomers, and working with youth.

A contemplative by nature, she is dedicated to a life of prayer and service. Barbara says, "My job is to nurture and challenge the congregation to be its most faithful self." The Rev. Bailey Fischer, Assistant Rector
The Rev. Bailey Fischer was ordained to the priesthood in January 2008. She grew up in Philadelphia and attended Penn State University where she was active in campus ministry. After graduating with a degree in journalism, she worked as a campus chaplain and newspaper reporter in Pennsylvania and New York, and for Unisys Corporation. She is a 2004 graduate of Union Theological Seminary and a 2009 candidate for Master of Sacred Theology in Church History from Boston University. She has served as a youth minister at Parish of the Epiphany, Winchester, MA, assistant rector at Church of the Holy Spirit, Wayland, MA and young adult minister at All Saints Parish, Brookline, MA. Peg Scarlata, Parish Administrator
Before joining St. Elizabeth's as Parish Secretary, Peg worked as a buyer for Filene's and TJ MAXX and manager of the label and art department at TJX. She has started and continues working at a small cookie business called "Kate's Cookies." Peg lives in Sudbury with her husband Tom, their children, Katie and Tommy, and their dog Mickey, who sometimes keeps Peg company at work. You may contact her at through the office or by email.





Richard Vanderlippe, Data Entry/Communication Coordinator
After retiring as a successful manager of a medical electronic instrument manufacturing company Richard was called to a ministry of service focused on adult Christian Formation. His experience includes participating in ministries at the Local, Diocesan, Provincial, and National levels of the Episcopal Church. Currently a Staff Volunteer in the Education Department in the Diocese of Massachusetts Richard is also an elected deputy to the General Convention of the Episcopal Church. Mary Sue Willie, Music Director and Organist
As an organist for nearly 50 years, she has served churches in New York State and Massachusetts and as chair of the Diocesan Music Commission for the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts. Mary Sue and her husband, Charles, live in Concord and are members of Christ Church Cambridge where she served as Interim Organist, on the Vestry and as co-chair of Stewardship as well as the recent Capital Campaign for a new organ with a tithe to the Barbara Harris Camp.
